Pennsylvania State Constables serve six-year terms and have powers to enforce state and local laws, serve warrants, and perform judicial duties. Their authority includes making arrests, serving subpoenas, and providing security.
PSC-FCU
The Pennsylvania State Constables Federal Credit Union is being established as a member-owned and controlled, not-for-profit, cooperative financial institution formed to provide its members with affordable and safe financial services.
Who will be our Members
Members of the PSC-FCU can be any current or previous PA State Constable, as well as their immediate family members. Upon Charter approval by the National Credit Union Administration PSC-FCU will serve those serving their communities.

The mission of Pennsylvania State Constables Federal Credit Union is to support the financial well-being of its members by providing safe, affordable financial services designed for the unique needs of Pennsylvania State Constables and their families. A key priority is helping both new and current Constables manage the costs of required training, equipment, and professional gear, while promoting financial stability, readiness, and long-term security.
